‘The Grand Prize of the ‘For the Hungarian Animal Husbandry Product Prize’ is one of the most prestigious recognitions in Hungarian agriculture; this is why it is a great pleasure for us that this year the professional jury awarded this prize to us. The adequacy of the feed formulas included in our competition paper have been confirmed by numerous feeding trials and related model calculations. With this prize our multi-year project conducted jointly with our pig farming division received a professional recognition which, according to our hopes, will demonstrate also to our partners that the feeds manufactured by us can substantially contribute to the success of their activity’ – stated Krisztián Czompó, Sales Manager of the Feed Manufacturing Division of Bonafarm-Bábolna Feed Ltd.
’We are proud that we are already using an own-developed, sustainable pig feeding technology on our own pig farms and also on the pig farms of our partners within the Bonafarm pig integration. Thanks to this technology, we have been able to reduce the ecological footprint of our slaughter pig production even under hard economic conditions, which increasingly gets in the focus of the society’s attention’ – expounded Gábor Bakó, Director of the Pig Farming Division of Bonafarm Agriculture.’
